The terms that apply to this website and every order placed with us.
These terms govern your use of statistaglobalservices.com and the services provided by Statista Global Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), CO STC Building, Sidco Complex IE, Rangreth, Srinagar, J&K 191132, India, GST No 01ABKCS4380F1ZH. By using this website or purchasing a service you agree to these terms.
We provide IT services consulting, cloud computing, network infrastructure, enterprise communication systems, agro spare parts sales and merchant cash advance sales. Each engagement is described in a written quote, proposal or agreement ("Order"). If an Order conflicts with these terms, the Order applies.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. An Order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or begin work. Prices exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated. Indian customers are charged GST at the applicable rate.
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless the Order states otherwise. Project work may require a deposit before work begins. Spare parts are paid in full before dispatch. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month and suspension of services.
We perform services with reasonable skill and care and in line with the agreed scope. Changes to scope are quoted separately. You are responsible for providing access, information and approvals on time, and for keeping backups of your data unless backup is part of the agreed service. Third-party licences (software, cloud subscriptions, carrier services) are subject to those providers' terms.
Parts are supplied as described on the Order and matched by OEM part number. Where an OEM part is unavailable we may offer an equivalent and will say so. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier; title passes on full payment. Delivery dates are estimates. You must inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or damage within 7 days.
A merchant cash advance is a purchase of a fixed amount of your future receivables at a discount, not a loan, and is governed by a separate agreement that sets the purchase price, factor rate and remittance percentage. Funding is subject to approval. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or financial advice.
Cancellation rights and any charges are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Deliverables we create for you (documentation, configurations, designs) become yours on full payment. We keep ownership of our tools, templates and know-how. Website content and our logo may not be copied without permission. Client and brand logos shown on this website belong to their owners.
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. Personal data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We warrant that services will be performed as described. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where one exists, or 90 days against defects otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit, revenue or data), and our total liability for any Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent relief in any competent court.
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in force when you place an Order applies to that Order.
